Digital products. Our products are digital downloads delivered instantly. Because of this, all sales are final and we generally do not offer refunds once a download link has been sent or accessed.
If something goes wrong. If a file won't download, arrives corrupted, or you were charged twice, email hello@quietthechaos.store within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right — with a replacement file or, where appropriate, a refund.
